NEWS: I’m back from Cuba!

I just spent the entire month of October exploring the intriguing tropical Caribbean island-nation of Cuba.

With its gorgeous, colorful iconic vintage cars from the 1950s; crumbling historic architecture, varied museums and centuries-old stone forts, Havana is one of the world’s most interesting and unique cities. I spent half my time just exploring Cuba’s fascinating capital city.

I also visited the stunning limestone karst mountains and countryside of Vinales, the adjacent historic cities of Trinidad & Cienfuegos, and two lovely tropical beaches almost devoid of visitors.

I’ll be sharing HEAPS of information, tips & suggestions, photos and perspectives about Cuba with all of you over the next few weeks. So stay tuned and learn all about daily life in Cuba, best places to go and things to do, the upsides and downsides of visiting this tiny country so close to the USA.
