Round-Up of 2013 Travel Tips on LashWorldTour
2013 was a rocking year of travels for me, including my first-ever trip to India. I also returned to Thailand, Myanmar and Nepal after several years’ absence. I re-visited many of my favorite spots in SE Asia, including KL, Singapore, Malacca, Penang and Langkawi.
Mixed in between, I enjoyed 2 month-long house sitting gigs in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. In short, I traveled the entire year.
As a result, I published heaps of new travel tips on topics ranging from those useful for all world travelers down to regional topics and country specific tips.
My new 2013 series ‘How to Afford Long-Term World Travel’ proved to contain my most popular posts of all time. I also continued my long-standing and ever-popular ’10 Free Things to do in…’ series. Finally, I wrote general travel tips on SE Asia as well as useful tips for Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, India and Florida, USA.
In total, I published 40 new travel tip posts in 2013. I hope they help you travel the world!

I created the How to Afford Long-Term World Travel series when I realized that the biggest questions from hopeful world travelers concern money issues. They want to know, first and foremost, how to pay for world travels.
