NEWS:
My Third Article Published on A Luxury Travel Blog
A Luxury Travel Blog has just published my 3rd article, 4 Amazing Traditional Balinese-Style Resorts. Yippie, it looks like I’m becoming a regular contributor to one of the world’s top travel blogs: consistently ranked #4 of Top 100 Travel Blogs at Nomadic Samuel’s renowned list.
In case you’re not familiar with ALTB, as it’s name implies, it covers luxury travel all over the world. You’ll find articles on hotels, fine dining, spas, luxury tours & activities, first class flights, travel products…anything and everything to do with luxury travel, really.
As contested by ALTB’s huge readership of over 400,000 visitors per month and over 245,000 FB fans, luxury travel is a hot topic. It seems everyone wants a luxury vacation!
Getting my articles published on such a high-profile site gives me a lot of great exposure. Plus I love luxury hotels, spas and tours myself, so I really enjoy visiting all those wonderful places, researching and writing up the articles. It’s exciting to share my favorite upscale hotels and resorts with so many people. Perhaps it will help them plan their own luxury vacations.
I always write about hotels & resorts that I’ve personally visited and think are amazing, special and unique.
For my 3rd article I wrote about some extra-special luxury resorts that I know in Bali. I’ve been visiting Bali since 2000, when I promptly fell in love with the island. Since then I’ve returned most years, staying 4-6-months at a time while exploring the island in depth. Those explorations include visiting dozens of interesting luxury resorts, picking out my favorites and staying at those when I can.
My very favorite resorts in Bali are traditional Balinese-Style resorts started by wealthy locals and include several of Bali’s very first resorts, located at Sanur Beach and in Ubud, Bali’s cultural heartland. Thus my article: 4 Amazing Traditional Balinese-Style Resorts.
These resorts are all built with traditional Balinese architecture, are set in lush Balinese gardens, are adorned with Balinese statues, paintings and other artworks. Many have been patronized by artists, musicians, celebrities and jet-setters.
Come check out these unique resorts and see what you could experience on a trip to Bali, Island of Gods. Read my article here.
