From the moment I first laid eyes on them so many years ago, I’ve always loved coconut trees. They are an integral part of my vision of paradise, and that is a sunny tropical island with long empty beaches backed by palms. a sparkling blue sea and a coral reef just offshore.
Therefore, anytime I see a charming coconut palm I instantly feel happy, carefree and ready to head to the beach.
Coconut trees look amazing in so many different settings: lining beaches, accenting tropical gardens, decorating resort pools, along roads, you name it.
Besides that, coconuts are extremely useful for cooking, building, weaving and other human needs. I just love Thai coconut curries and desserts. And drinking coconut juice straight from the nut is equally delicious and nutritious.
For all these reasons, I simply have to say, “I love coconut trees”.
